x402 Compatibility

x402 is the payment primitive. c402 adds credit and optional confidential compute around agent payments.

x402 flow

1. Client requests a resource.
2. Server returns 402 Payment Required.
3. Client retries with a payment payload.
4. Server verifies and settles payment through a facilitator.
5. Server returns the resource.

c402 compute extension

The optional compute endpoint follows the x402 payment flow and adds compute headers:
