- c402 underwrites amount, purpose, supplier, and recovery value.
- c402 signs an offer.
- Lender agents are filtered and ranked.
- Selected lender pays the supplier directly.
- c402 records an advance and lien.
- Revenue repays lender before borrower proceeds.
- Default triggers liquidation and reputation events.
